So if you did take the advice above regarding the Happiest Baby on the Block, you’ll know that I’m a swaddle proponent. Given babies are considered in their fourth trimester when they’re out, swaddling dramatically improved our babies’ sleep by reducing their startle reflexes. It also helped begin successful sleep habits in that the babies started to get a feel for their routines and what would happen or is expected to happen next after they are swaddled. It gave them a more sound rest that lasted longer in duration for us than without. The SwaddleMe swaddles were the easiest velcro swaddle option that we had found. The fit was comfortable and cozy for our children, yet snug enough to prevent these little houdinis from breaking out. Definitely recommend.
